We hired Brumm Built to renovate our new second home in Olympic Valley. This was not going to be an easy job for two reasons,. The timing: We had a quick close and wanted to renovate immediately. The recent winter: Due to historic snowfall, dozens if not hundreds of home needed repair and so contractors were booked out for months. We receive a recommendation to work with Dave Brumm from our realtor and luckily he was available even though he was about to have his first child. So instead of us taking possession of the keys, Dave was the first person in our new home and went straight to work. He and his team completed the first and second floors of this 3 bed, 3 bath A-frame cabin by Thanksgiving. Complete kitchen redo, all downstairs walls and floors, and 3 bathrooms. All new electrical and plumbing including moving the laundry room and designing a large moving wall. That was in 2015. 5 years later, the house is doing great. We found Dave via our landscaping guy when we did modifications of our back deck. We hired him to do the same in our front porch and are super happy with it.
